History
Econo-Fab, founded in 1986, has systematically built a highly qualified and experienced staff. Upon the completion of the merger with Genesis Metal Corporation in November of 2003, by Sid & Debbie Ziegler, our management staff now has over 90 years of experience in the fabricating, assembly, and manufacturing of engineered projects for the petrochemical, refinery, gas processing, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
Our fabrication area employs ASME certified welders and qualified shop personnel that are both knowledgeable and skilled in their individual trade. We are committed to our workforce and take pride in the face that our employees are committed to us. Many of our shop employees have over 20 years of experience in their trade as welders, fitters or as general shop laborers.
With the combined help of both our office and shop staff, we have completed over 1800 customer projects in the past 20 years.
In 2006 H&H Stud Weld Corp. was purchased and became a subsidiary of GMC. H&H operates as a distributor of Refractory Anchors, Weld Studs, Insulation Fasteners, Headed Concrete Anchors and Stud Welding Equipment. H&H also has a rental fleet of Arc Stud Welders and Capacitor Discharge Welders.
